Bas van Elten

Bas van Elten is a Gas Flow Architect and gas safety expert at ASML, where they have worked since 2010 focusing on UHP gas flows and safety regulations for EUV lithography. Prior to their current role, Bas held positions as a Concepts Engineer at Huisman Equipment B.V., a Project Engineer at Lanciaspecialist Rene de Graaf, and a Shiftleader at E.ON Benelux, among others. They earned both a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology between 1993 and 2008.
