Bassem Hasan

Bassem Hasan is currently a Quality Manager at ASML, where they define the Quality and Product Safety Strategy for cutting-edge lithography machines. Previously, they served as Quality Assurance Manager at Bavarian Auto Group from 2005 to 2019, leading initiatives such as the development of quality management systems and achieving key certifications. Bassem also held the Quality Manager position at EVBox from 2020 to 2022, where they improved management systems according to international standards. Their earlier experience includes a role as Supplier Quality Engineer at Daewoo International Corporation. Bassem obtained a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Ain Shams University and is pursuing an MBA at Paris ESLSCA Business School.
