Ben has held various leadership roles at ASML, including Vice President - Head Manufacturing Services and Sr. Director of EUV Manufacturing. Ben has also worked at DAF Trucks NV as a Production Manager and Logistics Manager. Ben holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Twente and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
