Bill Higgs

Bill Higgs, MBA, CISSP, currently serves as the Regional Intelligence Officer and U.S. Senior Security Officer for ASML, where responsibilities include enhancing security relations with U.S. Semiconductor companies and government agencies. With a strong focus on cybersecurity, Bill is a Board Member of the Cyber Empowerment Initiative, promoting diversity in the industry, and plays a pivotal role in InfraGard San Diego as a founding member of the Cyber Council and Co-Chair of the IT Sector. Bill has held multiple leadership positions in cybersecurity organizations, including Vice President and Program Director for the ISSA San Diego Chapter. Previously, Bill was the Chief Information Security Officer at Cymer and held various executive roles at Irdeto. Educational credentials include an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University, as well as attendance at the FBI CISO Academy and Citizens Academy.
