Candace L. Gray

Candace L. Gray, MAOL, is a manufacturing professional and engineer with a strong background in mechanical engineering and leadership. They have served as a Project Manager at ASML, where they led product teams to ensure quality and timely analysis of part failures, and previously held engineering roles at Northrop Grumman Corporation and General Atomics. Candace is also an advocate for STEM education, having facilitated and mentored in the SEEK program, which supports underrepresented students. Currently, Candace is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Kettering University.
