Carreen Shannon

Carreen Shannon is a seasoned IP lawyer and patent litigator with over 17 years of experience in the field. Currently, Carreen serves as the Head of Litigation, Investigations & Regulatory at ASML, where they lead teams focused on litigation, security, and regulatory matters. Previously, Carreen held significant roles at Taylor Wessing, including Partner and Head of Life Sciences, as well as positions at other prestigious law firms specializing in intellectual property and technology-related agreements. Carreen earned a LLM in Intellectual Property Law from The University of Edinburgh and holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Dutch law from Universiteit Leiden.
