Casper van Oosten

Casper van Oosten is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor and materials industries. Currently serving in the EUV Installed Base Program at ASML since January 2024, Casper previously held the position of Head of the EUV program at Merck Group from July 2022 to December 2023. Notable accomplishments include managing multiple entities as Managing Director at Versum Materials and leading Intermolecular Inc as CEO and President, successfully integrating the company into Merck's Semiconductor Materials Business. Casper's earlier roles include COO and Managing Director at eyrise™ Dynamic Windows, where innovative manufacturing processes for switchable glass were established. Casper's academic credentials include a PhD from Eindhoven University of Technology and an MSc from Delft University of Technology, complemented by diverse international educational experiences.
