Cathy Smits

Cathy Smits is a Strategy Execution Manager of BIC Campus Development with over 20 years of experience in the high-tech and industrial sectors. They have previously served in various managerial roles at ASML, including Global Head of Competences & Data Analytics, where they focused on establishing quality foundations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Cathy co-founded TS-Products and held positions as Project Leader at TNO, honing skills in lean manufacturing and project management. They earned a Master’s Degree in Engineering Physics from Eindhoven University of Technology. In addition to their professional pursuits, Cathy enjoys running, reading, baking, public speaking, playing the flute, and scuba diving.
