Chad Welch

Chad Welch is the Director of Cost Accounting at ASML, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Cost Accounting Manager at ASML from 2017 to 2022 and gained extensive experience in the field through roles such as Finance Manager at Bloom Energy and Manufacturing Accounting Manager at Carlisle FoodService Products. Chad began their career as a Worldwide Expense Analyst at IBM and later worked as a Cost Accountant at Ingersoll Rand. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Cazenovia College in 2001.
