Chaomin Zhang is a Sr. Application Development Engineer at ASML, having joined the company in 2022. With over ten years of expertise in semiconductor fabrication, material characterization, and device simulation, Chaomin has previously contributed as a Researcher at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and as an Assistant Research Scientist at Arizona State University's Solar Power Lab from 2018 to 2022. They also held a Postdoctoral Research Associate position focused on high-efficiency III-V solar cells development and were a Research Assistant at Arizona State University from 2012 to 2017.
