Charles Pan

Charles Pan, EIT, is a Senior Mechanical Engineer I at ASML since June 2022, contributing to enhancements in DUV lithography machines. Prior roles at ASML include Mechanical Design Engineer III and II, where design changes were implemented using NX software. Charles previously served as a Teaching Assistant for Heat Transfer and Matlab at the University of Rochester, engaging with students through recitation sessions and lab support. Research experience includes fluid dynamics studies at the Hydrodynamics Lab, while internships at IPG Photonics and Tony Baird Electronics involved process improvements in lens manufacturing and product manufacturing. Charles holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
