Che-Kuan Lin

Che-Kuan (Ryan) Lin is currently a Product Architect for EUV Source Laser Performance at ASML, where they oversee high NA product architecture. They served as an EUV Senior Design Engineer from 2019 to 2022, focusing on CO2 laser performance integration. Prior to their role at ASML, Che-Kuan worked as a Competence Engineer, interfacing with customers and addressing critical issues related to EUV systems. Che-Kuan earned a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Chang Gung University, where they also completed their undergraduate studies.
