Chiaching Ou

Chiaching (Oliver) Ou is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in leadership and project management. Currently serving as Team Lead at ASML since November 2018, Chiaching manages a team of engineers, focusing on coaching, individual development, and ensuring high-quality team deliverables. Previously, as Project Lead, responsibilities included planning and prioritizing project milestones. In the role of Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Chiaching coordinated cross-functional teams for the E-beam machine upgrade project and advocated for Design for Manufacturability. Prior experience includes roles at Micro Lithography, Inc. as Process Engineer/Quality Engineer, where Chiaching designed NPI projects, and at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company as Equipment Engineer, optimizing manufacturing processes and supervising technicians. Chiaching holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California and dual Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from National Sun Yat-Sen University.
