Claudia Plesa

Claudia Plesa is a Product Change Leader in the Configuration Management department at ASML, where they have been contributing since 2023. Claudia's professional journey began after completing a degree in Computer Software Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Madrid in 2017. They relocated to Sweden to work with Volvo Group, where they held multiple roles, including Configuration Manager for Electromobility and Control Systems within Volvo Powertrain, focusing on software implementation and quality assurance for various vehicles. Claudia's experiences abroad have shaped their passion for project management and teamwork, which they continue to develop at ASML.
