Corine Fabrie is currently a Group Lead in the On Product Performance group at ASML’s TwinScan XT Factory, where they create "holy" reticles for wafer production and monitor the stability of NXT:2000 machines. They earned a PhD from TU/e, focusing on the fabrication and characterization of sub-100 nm magnetic tunnel junctions, and held postdoctoral fellow roles at TU/e and Griffith University, where they worked on advanced nanostructure fabrication techniques. Corine completed their undergraduate studies in Applied Physics at Eindhoven University of Technology.
