Cynthia Gao

Cynthia Gao currently serves as the Head of Global HRBP at ASML, a role encompassing global HR operations across various regions since September 2016. With extensive experience at Hermes Microvision Inc, Cynthia held positions such as the Head of Global HR and Director of US HR and Business Services, where Cynthia navigated the complexities of motivating technical teams.
