Daniel Westerman

Daniel Westerman currently serves as a Senior CS Competence Engineer at ASML since February 2022, previously holding the position of CS Competence Engineer 3. Before joining ASML, Daniel was a Manufacturing Engineer 2 at Cubic Corporation, leading manufacturing efforts for secure communications R&D programs, focusing on planning, test lab development, and oversight of prototype production. At Solar Turbines, Daniel worked as a Mechanical Engineer 1, addressing manufacturability and safety issues in gas turbine engines and compressors, while applying Agile methodologies. Daniel's career began as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Naval Facilities Engineering Command, where responsibilities included project management support and contractor design review. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego, obtained in 2017.
