David van de Weg

David van de Weg has extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and engineering sectors, notably at ASML from February 2019 to March 2024, where positions included Director of BL DUV, System Delivery Management, Director of Training & Knowledge Management Customer Support, and Director of Customer Support for the Field Factory EUV Install department. Prior to ASML, David served as Chief Operations Officer at NTL Lemnis from August 2010 to April 2013 and held various directorships at Thales from March 2006 to August 2010, including Director of TURF Surface Radar and Director of Mechanical Design Surface Radar. Early career experiences include project management for shavers at Philips and various roles at Philips Semiconductors, spanning from assembly and process development to program management in marketing strategy and innovation. David holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Measurement and Control Systems from Delft University of Technology, completed in 1994.
