De Wei Chang

De Wei Chang is currently a Design Engineer at ASML, where they focus on system-level manufacturing processes and cycle time reduction. Previously, they held the title of Architect there, specializing in e-beam industrialization. De Wei also gained experience as an intern at Booster Machine, programming robots and enhancing manufacturing quality. Earlier in their career, they served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at National Chiao Tung University, where they modeled and simulated HVAC prototypes. De Wei holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field from National Chiao Tung University.
