Derek Schaaf

Derek Schaaf is a seasoned operations leader currently serving as a Customer Support EUV Site Manager at ASML, where they oversee resource planning and drive improvements in customer relations. Previously, they served as a Helicopter Flight Engineer in the United States Air Force, where they earned multiple commendations and provided mentorship while managing team performance and deployment readiness. Derek has also held roles in security and operations with Chenega Corporation. They are currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Business Administration at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Management from American Military University.
