Diane Babala

Diane Babala is a global Human Resources and Financial executive with extensive experience in leading HR initiatives that drive organizational change. At GE Capital, they strengthened candidate evaluation processes and implemented a mentoring program, while later at GE, they initiated cross-unit talent assessments to enhance organizational efficiency. Currently, as HR Director at MUFG, they lead reorganization efforts to reduce costs and implement developmental programs. Diane holds a BBA in Accounting and International Finance from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
