Dion Klunder is currently a Sr. Program Cluster Manager for EUV advanced systems source at ASML, where they have worked since 2018. With extensive management experience in R&D programs, Dion previously held various roles at ASML, including Sr. Group Manager and Sr. Project Manager in Development & Engineering for EUV. They also contributed to Philips as a Project Manager and Senior Scientist from 2006 to 2011 and worked briefly as a Senior Product Development Engineer at Concept to Volume in 2003. Dion earned a Ph.D. in Physics and an MSc in Applied Physics from the University of Twente.
