Dr. Arnold van Foreest

Dr. Arnold van Foreest is an accomplished aerospace engineer with extensive experience in propulsion systems and project management within the aerospace industry. Currently serving as an Architect Conditioning System at ASML since September 2020, Arnold previously held positions including Team Leader Stage Development at ArianeGroup, where leadership involved managing a team of propulsion engineers working on key upper stage initiatives. Additional roles at ArianeGroup encompassed propulsion system engineering for the Ariane 6 and project management for the REALM project for the UK Space Agency. Prior to ArianeGroup, Arnold worked as a propulsion system engineer for the Ariane 5 at Airbus Defence and Space and as a system engineer at the German Aerospace Center (DLR). Education includes a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a PhD in multiphase fluids from the University of Bremen.
