Eduard Henkemans

Eduard Henkemans currently serves as the Head of HighNA Installed Base and Service Management at ASML, focusing on maximizing customer value through service and product delivery for HighNA machines. With a strong background in supply chain management, Eduard previously held the roles of Head of Customer Supply Chain Management and Head of Customer Supply Chain Field Operations, overseeing a team of approximately 120 professionals globally. Prior experience includes working as a Principal Project Engineer at Shell, managing significant projects like the Gamba Terminal Rejuvenation, and extensive roles at McKinsey & Company, where engagement leadership spanned various industries. Eduard's early career included positions in the Royal Netherlands Navy, where leadership in marine and weapons engineering was developed. Eduard holds an M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a diploma in Weapons Engineering from the Royal Netherlands Naval College.
