Elsemiek Joosten is currently serving as the License to Operate manager for Global Campus Development at ASML. Throughout their career, they have held various roles including EHS Compliance expert and EHS Specialist at ASML and a trainee at Tauw Nederland. Elsemiek has also interned at NIWA, focusing on new energy sources, and at Philips Healthcare, where they developed a vision for Zero Waste initiatives. They hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Science from HAS Den Bosch and have completed training in internal auditing at DNV GL.
