Emiel has a background in project engineering, having worked on various packaging projects, and has experience in quality control and product development. Previously, they held roles at companies such as IMT b.v., ACE ingenieurs- & adviesbureau, and BERG Toys, where they focused on quality assurance and team mentorship. Emiel earned a degree in Industrial Design from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen and continues their education in Co-Design at HU.
