Eric Dean

Eric Dean is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and engineering. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager at ASML from January 2023 to May 2025, Eric focuses on enhancing regional IFM operations and program management. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions at Solar Turbines from March 2006 to January 2023, including Facilities Maintenance Manager, Tooling Value Stream Manager, Complex Machining Value Stream Manager, and Manufacturing Engineering - Group Lead. Eric's career also includes a tenure at Mazak Corporation from September 2012 to January 2017, where roles included Sales Manager and Account Manager. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, attained in 2003.
