Eric Liao

Eric Liao is the Senior Manager of CS EUV UIR Taiwan at ASML, where they manage a team of 250 engineers and oversee customer interfaces for major Taiwan customers. Previously, Eric held various senior roles in semiconductor companies, including Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corp. and Applied Materials, focusing on process engineering, business development, and customer support. They earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Tamkang University.
