Erik Huerta

Erik Huerta is an Optical Engineering Manager at ASML, where they have been leading the Optical competency in EUV Source Metrology since 2022. In this role, they manage recruitment, skills training, and resource allocation for an optical engineering team focused on improving efficiency and metrology in focused laser generated EUV systems. Prior to this, Erik worked at ASML in various engineering roles from 2014 to 2017, and as an Optical Manufacturing Engineer at L-3 Insight Technology from 2009 to 2014. They hold a B.S. in Optical Sciences and Engineering and an M.S. in Laser and Optical Engineering, both from the University of Arizona.
