Erik Schetsche is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computational Engineering Science at Technische Universität Berlin, having previously completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm. Erik gained practical experience through an abroad placement in Quality Management at Schaeffler in 2022 and is currently involved in a role focused on Manufacturing Excellence at Siemens Energy. Additionally, Erik has contributed to the academic field as a tutor for Engineering Mechanics II and has been actively engaged in research and technology at ASML since 2025. Prior to these experiences, Erik completed an apprenticeship as an Industrial Mechanic while studying.
