Erik Van Elferen

Erik Van Elferen is a driven lead engineer and functional architect at ASML, where they focus on the analysis and improvement of scanner performance to enhance product yield. Erik earned a Master’s degree in Physics and Astronomy from Radboud University and completed a PhD at the High Field Magnet Laboratory, where their research contributed to advancements in graphene technology. With a strong background in teaching and customer consulting, Erik possesses extensive experience in both academic and industrial settings.
