Erika Ayala is a seasoned quality executive with extensive experience in leading quality initiatives across global operations. They have held various leadership roles, including EPC Project Management Quality Leader at GE Oil & Gas and Global Quality Leader for Hydro at GE Vernova. Currently, Erika serves as the Head of Quality for the BL-DUV System Delivery at ASML and has also been the Head of Quality for LED Electronics at Signify. Erika holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors from Tecnológico de Monterrey, earned between 1994 and 2000.
