Erkmen Karaca

Erkmen Karaca is currently a Group Lead at ASML, where they foster a collaborative team culture and manage staffing and development reviews. Prior to this, Erkmen worked at DAF Trucks NV as a Product Owner for eTruck, where they managed the product backlog and coordinated with various stakeholders. They also held roles as Function Lead Engineer, Scrum Master, and Senior Control Systems Engineer. Erkmen's earlier experience includes positions at Delphi Technologies and contributions as a research assistant at ETH Zurich and a master student at DLR. They hold a Master's Degree in Energy Science and Technology from Ulm University and Bachelor's Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Izmir Institute of Technology and Fachhochschule Südwestfalen.
