Ersin Dogan is a Lithography System Performance Architect with 18 years of R&D experience in various branches of optical and laser systems, including applications in space, defense, and medical fields. Ersin has held leadership roles such as General Manager at ETA LAZER OPTIK LTD STI and Chief Scientist at TUBITAK, and has contributed as an Optical Instrument Scientist at SRON Netherlands Institute for Space Research. Currently, Ersin applies advanced software skills and project management expertise at ASML. Ersin earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Physics from Middle East Technical University.
