Ethan Chiu

Ethan Chiu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and business development, currently serving as the Senior Director, Head of Account Management New Systems at TSMC with ASML. Chiu previously held various roles at ASML, including Director of Service Business Management and Senior Sales Manager for the DUV business. With a solid academic foundation, Chiu earned a Master of Business Administration from National Chengchi University, along with two degrees in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University. Earlier in their career, Chiu served as Sales Director at Superior Technology and held multiple positions at ASML from 2004 to 2010.
