Eugen Onac

Eugen Onac is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership and project management in the fields of technology and physics. Currently serving as Chief Product Owner and Project Manager at ASML since December 2016, Eugen Onac has led sustaining projects for various systems and introduced innovative level sensor products. Prior to ASML, Eugen Onac worked as a Senior Scientist and Project Lead at Philips Research, focusing on optical design for LED systems across multiple applications. Eugen Onac also held positions as a Research Scientist at Philips Lumileds Lighting and as a PhD student at TU Delft, where a PhD in Experimental Quantum Physics was obtained, complemented by a Master’s degree in Solid State Physics from the University of Bucharest.
