Fadel Shalhout is a project architect at ASML, specializing in the alignment sensor submodule for EUV photolithography systems. From 2019 to 2022, Fadel served as an optical sensing architect, leading projects with over 15 engineers in the integration and design of complex alignment sensor improvements. Prior to this, Fadel held the position of senior design engineer, contributing expertise in calibration algorithms and data analysis. Fadel completed a Ph.D. in Chemistry at the University of Southern California, where they researched vibrational sum frequency spectroscopy and designed advanced laser systems.
