Felicia Ungureanu is a corrosion competence lead at ASML, where they have held various engineering and leadership positions since 2021. Prior to joining ASML, Felicia gained experience as an interim professional at Yacht from 2012 to 2018 and served as a research assistant at the National Institute for Lasers, Plasma and Radiation from 2005 to 2006. Felicia holds a PhD in Biophysics from Universiteit Twente and multiple degrees in Medical Physics from Universitatea din București and Universita degli Studi di Pisa.
