Florian Astoux

Florian Astoux is an experienced engineer with a focus on electro-optics, laser, and microelectronics, holding a Master's degree from Grenoble INP Phelma. Florian's professional journey includes roles as an engineering intern at NXP Semiconductors, where responsibilities involved integrating an acoustic microscope into non-destructive control processes, and at ULIS, developing vacuum quality control methods. As a field test engineer for the French Directorate for Armament, Florian organized and conducted field test campaigns for electro-optical systems. At ASML, Florian worked as a proto engineer and system test engineer, focusing on the integration of new functionalities in EUV scanner systems and ensuring compliance with specifications. Furthermore, Florian's role as a Metrology Functional Design Engineer involved managing wafer-to-reticle alignment systems in EUV lithography.
