Fons Manders

Fons Manders has extensive experience in vendor operations, supplier financial services, and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Vendor Operations at ASML since November 2020, Fons manages the Vendor Operations Department and oversees the Procure to Pay process across the EU, Asia, and the US. Previously, Fons held roles such as Head of Supplier Financial Services within the GES organization and Project Manager/Owner at Menfect, where leadership focused on team performance and individualized coaching. Fons's background includes significant contributions at DSM, managing various HR shared services and automation initiatives, as well as project management across multiple SAP implementations in diverse industries. Fons holds a degree in Leisure Studies from Tilburg University.
