Francesca Guadagno

Francesca Guadagno currently serves as Global IT Supplier Engagement Manager and Chief of Staff for IT Solution Delivery at ASML since March 2023. Prior experience includes leading IT procurement at BDO, managing vendor portfolios and negotiating global contracts from December 2020 to March 2023, and serving as Account Manager at McArthurGlen Group, overseeing 15 brands with a turnover of €15 million from September 2018 to November 2020. Francesca has also held roles such as Business Controller at & Other Stories, Account Manager at AIG, and Program Manager at Antwerp Management School. Early career experiences include an internship at Roxell and serving as Executive Assistant at Concorso Lirico Giacomotti. Francesca holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Global Management and a law degree from Università degli Studi di Parma, along with an executive course in Effective Negotiating Skills from Rotterdam School of Management.
