Frank Bouw

Frank Bouw has extensive experience in program and project management within the technology and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at ASML since September 2010. Key responsibilities include leading strategic programs in global manufacturing, managing the ONE Factory program, and overseeing the SAP GreenField implementation in Wilton, Connecticut. Prior to ASML, Frank held significant roles at Atos and Philips Lighting, where responsibilities included business unit management, consulting on business process changes, and overseeing global IT strategies. Additionally, Frank contributed as a tutor at NCOI Business School and served on the board of the Sparta '25 Soccer Association. Frank holds a degree from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
