Frank Commissaris

Frank Commissaris is a Sr. Principal Architect at ASML, where they define new Metrology organization and execution models as well as reference architecture for holistic scanner control. Previously, they contributed to various roles in software development and systems architecture at ASML, Philips Lighting, and Philips Applied Technologies, leading projects and teams focused on innovative lighting and skin care technologies. Frank completed a PhD research at Eindhoven University of Technology, specializing in the combustion and gasification of coal particles, and has been volunteering with Vrijwillige Hulpdienst Eindhoven since 2007.
