Frank Everts

Frank Everts is a Functional Architect at ASML, where they previously held positions as a Design Engineer, On-product Performance Architect, and Architect in DUV Illumination, Sources, and Dose Control. They earned a master's degree in Applied Physics, specializing in Solid State Physics, from the University of Twente, where they also completed a PhD focused on the characterization of nanometre-scale patterns.
