Frank Heutz

Frank Heutz is currently a Group Lead and Function Owner for Optical Column Conditioning at ASML, a position they have held since 2023. They previously served as Competence Lead and Design Engineer in the Optics Lifetime domain at ASML from 2020 to 2023. Frank completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry at the University of St Andrews, where they were also a Marie Curie Research Fellow and Postdoctoral Researcher from 2013 to 2016. They earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering and Molecular Engineering, respectively, from Eindhoven University of Technology, where they graduated Cum Laude in 2012.
