Frank Ritzen is a seasoned Supply Chain and IT professional with a strong background in the Healthcare, Retail, Semiconductor, and Chemical industries. Currently, they serve as the Head of IT Architecture at ASML, where they are responsible for creating a long-term vision and Enterprise Architecture strategy. Previously, Frank held various roles at Philips from 2015 to 2020, including Business Process Owner for Supply Chain Management and IT Manager for Corporate Functions. They began their career at NXP Semiconductors as an IT Service Delivery Manager. Frank earned a Master of Science degree from Tilburg University between 1985 and 1989.
