Fred Verhoeven

Fred Verhoeven is currently the Head of HR of Applications, Development & Engineering and Technologies at ASML, where they are responsible for the HR function across various technical areas. Previously, they held multiple HR leadership roles within ASML, including HR Business Partner for the EUV Factory and Head of HR for Business Lines. Fred's career began as an HR Business Consultant at Human Capital Group and as an organization advisor at BMC Groep. They earned a Master’s degree in Work & Organization Psychology from Universiteit van Tilburg.
