Frits Keustermans

Frits Keustermans is currently a Risk & Assurance Manager at ASML, where they lead risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies within the EUV sector. Previously, they served as Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Kempen Capital Management and have held various positions at Maastricht University, including Management Information Officer and Press Officer. Frits has extensive experience in risk management, having worked at PwC and Van Lanschot Kempen. They hold multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Public Policy and Human Development from Maastricht University and an Executive Master of Finance and Control from the Universiteit van Amsterdam.
