Gail Cohen

Gail Cohen is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel for Employment at ASML since May 2022. Previously, Gail held significant roles at Matrix Absence Management Inc from January 2016 to April 2022, including Assistant General Counsel for Employment & Litigation and Director of Employment Law & Compliance. Prior experience includes practicing as an Attorney at the Maricopa County Attorney's Office, Corporate Attorney at Concord Servicing Corporation, and Corporate Counsel for Employment Law at Kelly Services, Inc. Gail also served as Assistant General Counsel at Toyoda Gosei North America Corporation and as an Assistant Attorney General at the Arizona Attorney General's Office, where representation of the Arizona Department of Economic Security/Child Protective Services involved managing extensive juvenile court caseloads.
