Gary Scott Jr.

Gary Scott Jr. is a seasoned technical project lead currently employed at ASML, focusing on the EUV Source Machine within the 5200 EXE High NA Program. In this role since May 2024, Gary effectively oversees a team of ten proto test engineers, fostering excellence in issue management and ensuring product quality. Prior to ASML, Gary served as Integration Technical Lead at Skorpios Technologies, where project planning and risk management resulted in early revenue generation for the fabrication facility. Earlier experiences include roles at HRL Laboratories, where Gary managed the development of quantum computational devices, and Infineon Technologies, where process optimization in manufacturing engineering led to significant improvements in yield and performance of integrated circuits. Gary began their career at Apple as a Technical Specialist, providing hardware and software support and engaging in critical engineering rotations. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from California State University San Marcos.
